Most of our Illinois projects are located in DuPage, Lake, Cook, McHenry, Kane Kendall and Will counties and communities, including:

In Wisconsin, most of our projects are located in Walworth County, including the towns of:

Delavan, East Troy, Elkhorn, Fontana, Lake Geneva, Williams Bay and the many other water-front communities surrounding Beulah, Como, Geneva, Delavan, Pell, Pleasant, Silver, Twin, Wandawega, Whitewater, and Lauderdale Lakes (our home away from home).

We design Legacy Homes™ that celebrate water, wilderness and sky.

While many of our projects are primarily around the Great Lakes, our reputation and process led us to create Legacy Homes™ at lakes, rivers, waterways, mountains, vistas and other scenic areas nationwide.

We have worked, and are working, with clients this way in California, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington.

Many states, especially smaller or rural municipalities, allow residential projects without an in-state architectural stamp. If your project requires a local license, we will secure reciprocity through our National Council of Architectural Registration Boards record.
