Sunroom Oasis

This lovely traditional 2-story brick home, only a few years old, was beautiful inside, but had nowhere to enjoy the outdoors.  This project included adding a large 3-season room, with windows that slide down and stack to provide full screens above.  The home's existing brick exterior walls were painted white to brighten the room, and skylights were added.   The robin's egg blue ceiling and matching industrial wall sconces, along with the bright yellow accent chairs,  provide a bright and cheery atmosphere in this new outdoor living space.  A door leads out to to deck stairs down to the new patio with seating and fire pit.

Triple Crown Outdoor Living

This stunning Arts and Crafts / Craftsman style home was built in 1907 and remains primarily intact, both interior and exterior, to the original design.  The owners, however, wanted to maximize their lush lot and ample views with distinct outdoor living spaces.  We achieved this by adding three new outdoor living spaces:  a new front deck with partially covered shade trellis and arbor, a new open-air covered front porch at the front door, and a new screened porch with glass railings off the existing Kitchen.  Coupled with the renovated patio and fire-pit areas, there are a wide variety of outdoor living for entertaining and enjoying their beautiful yard.

Screened & Wrap-around Porch

The homeowners of this traditional-style 2-story home needed to repair and replace their old porch, which they loved and used all the time.  The best solution was to replace the screened porch entirely, and include a wrap-around open air front porch to increase curb appeal while and adding outdoor seating opportunities at the front of the house.  The tongue and groove wood ceiling and exposed wood and brick add warmth and coziness for the owners while enjoying the bug-free view of their beautifully landscaped yard.
