Fabulous Flip

The plain-Jane 1977 split-level was awkwardly divided into cramped and unwelcoming spaces. We opted to completely remove all the interior walls on the main living space, and flipping the location of the existing spaces. Doing so created a beautiful open concept living space with plenty of room for a variety of furniture layouts. Baths were completely renovated as well. Photos by the Owner.
