The first floor includes an Entry, Kitchen and Family room, as well as a separate suite for Mom that includes a private Mudroom and Laundry from the Garage, Livingroom with fireplace, Kitchen, and Bedroom with private Bath.  The Powder room is shared between spaces. The second floor boasts a massive Music Room, Owners' Bedroom, Guest Bed and Bath, and Laundry.  The finished Basement includes a spacious Workshop, additional Bedroom and plenty of Storage for all. The shared deck allows for common outdoor seating and access to their gardens below.
