Lake Cottage Lift **Under Construction**

This classic 1975 Lake Cottage - within sight of Lake Geneva - is only 785sf of living space, built with 2 small Bedrooms and a 3/4 Bath, over an unfinished crawl space. To accommodate growing grandchildren, the cottage will be raised off the existing foundation, with a new deeper basement dug below. A 10' addition will be added to the lake side of the house, allowing for expanded and open Kitchen and Dining rooms with a wall of windows to view the lake, and a larger main floor Bedroom with en suite Bath. The new Basement has 3 new Bedrooms, Hall Bath, Laundry, Utility, and Family room, with walk-out access to the covered patio. The new Stair also extends to the Attic, for storage and future Bunk Room. The new Cottage will be nearly 1100sf on each of the main and lower levels, with an additional 400sf in the attic.
