Bonus Baths Renovation

The several teens in this home were constantly waiting for the shared bath, so we carved out space for a new en suite Bath and Closet under the existing sloping roofline of the Garage below, and redesigned the existing Bath for direct Bedroom access. Reorganizing the arbitrary angled walls of the upstairs Hall and Closets allowed us to create a much larger Owners' Closet and Bath, with free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, glass partitions toilet area and double sink vanity. We also relocated the Laundry to the second floor for easy access for all residents.
