Shabby-Chic Country Kitchen & Sunroom

This charming country home was laid out well, but didn't have anywhere to enjoy the view of the lush back yard year-round, and was lacking an en Suite Bath.

We completely reorganized and renovated the Kitchen, creating a shabby-chic country space for the owner's incredible collection of antiques and collectibles with an improved layout and functionality for daily living. A Sunroom addition off the kitchen allows for 3-seasons of use in full view of the Breakfast and Family room spaces, with access to a small grilling deck down to the yard and fire pit. The Sunroom's volume ceilings provide opportunity to highlight the owner's love of color and retro furniture and finishes. The tiny Powder Room was updated to add a much needed first floor Linen Closet. The family room added new windows, door to grilling deck, and a fireplace.

Upstairs, the Owner's Bedroom added a retro vintage-style Bath and a generous walk-in Closet over the entire length of the Garage below. The Hall bath was redesigned to maintain the large soaking tub and skylight, but added a large shower.
