Historic Home Hidden Bath & Laundry

Due to the location of this home in a designated Historic District, we were unable to add any square footage to this house to add a Bath and Laundry to the second floor Owners' Bedroom - so we got creative! This custom project was truly a matter of inches, fitting in a laundry in a low-sloped difficult-to-use Bath. We reorganized the adjacent Closets to create a new full-height Hall Bath, with an L-shaped Owners' walk-through Bath and Closet combination. A sink and make-up vanity flank one side of the space with high ceilings, with built-in low-height closet on the opposite side. Around the corner is tub/shower and toilet, with window.
