Bungalow Restoration & Addition **UNDER CONSTRUCTION**

This 1922 traditional Chicago Bungalow had fallen into disrepair by previous owners and is in dire need of restoration and redesign. The new 2nd floor expansion meets all local Bungalow requirements, including maintaining the original front dormer and all original brick detail. The redesign includes a reworking of a previous rear addition, and 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Laundry and an open Loft in the new 2nd floor. Casework, trim, flooring, stained glass windows are salvaged and will be used in the new work. Estimated construction completion Summer 2021.
