The original 1960 home was in a perfect location for these homeowners, but just didn't have enough space for their growing family and home-based business. With budget a consideration, this entire project was phased over the course of 6 years, as 4 separate projects: a single-story Bedroom Addition (designed as Owners' Bedroom with planning for conversion to future Family Room); finished Basement; full 2nd floor Addition; and Outdoor Kitchen and Patio.
