Services

We design exquisite custom Legacy Homes™—whether new construction, addition, or interior renovation—that honor their surrounding water, wilderness, and sky through timeless architecture, artisan detail, and enduring elegance.

Our initial service is called The Story Session™ —the place where every project begins. It can also serve as a stand-alone introduction to your home, helping you carefully consider whether a property is right for your future Legacy Home™. The session may be repeated for multiple properties or potential sites.

Over the course of several immersive hours, we walk your site together—reading its light, views, and character—while exploring your goals and priorities. The result is a written summary and conceptual sketches that illustrate how your home could take shape, marking the first chapter of your family’s story.

The Story Session™ is completed under a fixed-fee agreement, determined by project location and scope following our initial Google Meet. To schedule that consultation, click Let's Connect.

As we move into full architectural services, we offer four levels of service, selected at the time of your Agreement.

Creation

Schematic Design only — includes, as applicable based on project scope, existing-conditions field measurements and drawings, new floor plans and exterior elevations, a Design Preference Study, and a preliminary cost estimate from our preferred general contractor. The insights and concepts developed during The Story Session™ form the foundation for your custom Legacy Home™ design.

Core

Permit-Ready Drawings — includes everything in Creation, plus Design Development drawings, coordination with required engineers, and full Construction Document drawings (sections, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), along with notes and specifications needed for permit and construction. Site visits are conducted at key milestones.

Conceptualization

3D Modeling and Interiors — includes everything in Core, plus exterior and interior modeling, and coordination with your interior designer for finish selections and furniture plans. This level may also be added to the Creation phase prior to advancing to Core.

Concierge

Contract Coordination — includes everything in Conceptualization, plus assistance with bidding and negotiation, contract review, regular site visits with the owner and contractor during construction, review of material selections and submittals, change orders, and punch list preparation.

Your needs come first.

We recognize that every client is different – some folks read floor plans easily, while others need detailed 3D models. Many clients hire us before they know what they can afford to build, while others are ready for construction next week.

We pride ourselves in providing drawings, coordination, schedules, and budgets that fit your project goals.

Our experienced group of vetted consultants for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection drawings are available, should your project require their services.

We maintain a finely cultivated list of preferred General Contractors to refer based on the size, scope, schedule, and budget of your project.
