12/12 Architects provides individual services to fulfill all of your project needs.

We specialize in the the design of unique custom Legacy Homes , including new construction, additions, interior remodeling, and exterior renovations. We also enjoy small projects, including curb appeal, historic restoration, aging-in-place (accessibility), and the "Not So Big" genre.

We also provide a host of services for our Commercial, Educational, and Religious clients - including tenant improvements, interiors, master / long-range, planning, visioning, 3D modeling, and photo-rendering.

We recognize that every client is different – some folks read floor plans easily, while others need more detailed dimensional views. Many clients hire us before they know what they can afford to build, while others are ready for construction next week. We pride ourselves in providing drawings, meetings, schedules, and budgets that fit your project goals.

We work with an experienced group of consultants for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection drawings, should your project require their services.

We also have a select group of General Contractors we are happy to refer based on the size, scope and budget of your project. Please ask us for a recommendation today.

Our Fees are generally determined after a Project Consultation meeting, and provided in our written Letter of Agreement. 12/12 Architects accepts cash, check, credit card or direct electronic transfer payments.
