This new construction 3,050sf Craftsman Bungalow-style home includes 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, SunRoom, Den, and a partial utility Basement with attached 2-car front-load Garage.   Designed and built to fit the very stringent site requirements of the narrow, sloping lot in a flood plain, the site includes a large concrete retaining wall around half of the house to keep flood waters at bay.  

The homeowners were pivotal in the design of trim details, built-in cabinetry and even made the stain glass windows included in the home.  The owners selected all interior finishes and did so with period - yet timeless - colors, patterns and details.  The end result is a masterful nod at the Arts & Crafts period with all modern amenities and features.

This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well.  Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout.  The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. French-country Formal

This is a new French-Country inspired 3,500sf custom home on the homeowners' existing 50' wide lot. They always had a detached garage, and wanted to maintain that with the new construction, so a new front-loading detached garage was added at the rear of the property.   The brick and stone accents on the the front elevation, and as a base on all sides, provides a cohesive design element, while allowing for overhangs, nooks, and gables in siding above.  

Triple arched windows at the front parlor offer an elegant atmosphere for the antique baby grand piano, adjacent to a formal den with French doors off the formal entry hall.  A formal dining room (used here as a formal seating area), chef's kitchen open to breakfast table, and family room offer an open layout for family gatherings and everyday living. The corner stone fireplace is replicated in the finished basement, as well. The sunken mudroom allows views to the detached garage and children playing in the driveway from the kitchen sink, while simultaneously blocking view of shoes, coats, and backpacks.  Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms with a shared hall bath, 1 bedroom with en suite bath, the master bedroom, and centrally located laundry.  The stairs are continuous from basement to attic, with the finished attic as bonus exercise room and office.

This 2-generation family wanted a single home with separate living spaces for mother and daughter. The first floor includes an Entry, Kitchen and Family room, as well as a separate suite for Mom that includes a private Mudroom and Laundry from the Garage, Livingroom with fireplace, Kitchen, and Bedroom with private Bath.  The Powder room is shared between spaces. The second floor boasts a massive Music Room, Owners' Bedroom, Guest Bed and Bath, and Laundry.  The finished Basement includes a spacious Workshop, additional Bedroom and plenty of Storage for all. The shared deck allows for common outdoor seating and access to their gardens below.
