This contemporary farmhouse was originally a 1970 Cape Cod with several hodge-podge additions as well as the soaring 1985 Great Room addition. The new open concept layout of this Legacy Home includes the completely remodeled Great Room, 4-beds, 3-baths, home office and library, spacious dining room, a chef's kitchen with large walk-in pantry, mudroom with dog-wash shower, and a massive wrap-around porch and deck overlooking their stunning acreage. The property includes 6-car garage, working barn, outbuildings, pond with waterfall and bridge, an enclosed porch with pizza oven, gardens, and a fantastic old-growth-tree-lined drive, creating an idyllic location for this growing family.

Lakefront Lodge

This gorgeous lakefront home had plenty of square footage but was dated in layout and design. The entire interior was updated with new finishes throughout. The dated fake Tudor style and abundant brown exterior had to go - in favor of a more lake-appropriate blue shingle style with white trim. A new Front Porch provides shade from the western sun and improved curb appeal.  The lake side of the house includes an open balcony, updated deck, covered porch, covered patio, in-ground pool and surrounding patio.  

Craftsman Delight

This new construction 3,050sf Craftsman Bungalow-style home includes 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, SunRoom, Den, and a partial utility Basement with attached 2-car front-load Garage.   Designed and built to fit the very stringent site requirements of the narrow, sloping lot in a flood plain, the site includes a large concrete retaining wall around half of the house to keep flood waters at bay.  

The homeowners were pivotal in the design of trim details, built-in cabinetry and even made the stain glass windows included in the home.  The owners selected all interior finishes and did so with period - yet timeless - colors, patterns and details.  The end result is a masterful nod at the Arts & Crafts period with all modern amenities and features.
